IMPORTANT SECTIONS UNDER IPC AND CrPC Asked in NEET-PG

IPC & CrPC sections are one of the most important topic in medical Pre-PG examinations and it is asked in every entrance examination.
So,there are few important Sections from my notes for you;read them and memorize them.
CRIMINAL RESPONSIBILITY & RELEVANT SECTIONS UNDER IPC

1)44 IPC Definition of injury.

2)82 IPC Act by child under 7 yrs of age is not an offence.

3)83 IPC  Child between 7-12 yrs of age is capable of committing an offence.

4)84 IPC McNaughtan's Rule -Criminal Responsibility of Insane.

2)54 CrPC Any person or accused who want medical examination,should be examined by medical officer.

2)174 CrPC Police Inquest (Not by rank Below Head-Constable.

3)176 CrPC Magistrate Inquest

4)176(3) CrPC Magistrate Inquest in case of Dowry Death or Death of Married woman within 7 yrs of marriage or of Age less than 30 yrs in suspicious circumstances.
